Our vision is to lead with P.E.A.R.L.S. — Principles, Engagement, Accountability, Respect, Leadership, and Sisterhood — as the foundation of governance across every level of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
We strive to create a culture where policies are understood, voices are valued, and processes are respected. Through intentional training, clear communication, and consistent accountability, we empower every Zeta to serve with confidence and excellence.
